我国碳金融的发展现状及其对策分析摘 要低碳经济是现在全球发展潮流，也是全新的生产力形式，其发展需要金融的持续扶持。本文探究国内碳金融发展情况和出现的问题，且基于碳金融发展空间，指出合理的对策。本文从选题的背景及意义入手，对国内外文献加以研究，通过了解相关的理论概念为本文的撰写奠定了理论基础。之后对我国碳金融发展现状进行分析，包括开展绿色信贷，大力发展 CDM 项目，设立碳基金并以兴业银行为例具体阐述。之后分析我国碳金融发展中的主要问题包括，各主体参与碳交易的活跃度低下，中介机构碳金融业务发展落后，交易平台运作效率低下，CDM 项目问题等，并通过 SWOT 分析后给出了相应的建议对策。【关键词】碳金融；SWOT 分析；政策建议AbstractLow carbon economy is the current trend of the world， low carbon economy as a new form of productivity， it is necessary for the development of financial support. This paper analyses the status quo of the development of carbon finance in China and the existing problems，and for the carbon finance development prospect，and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper mainly uses the method and experience of the introduction of cutting-edge research method ， by means of qualitative analysis. On greenhouse gas emissions to global warming to finance the logical relationship between low-carbon economy and carbon paper pointed out that although the greenhouse gas has certain greenhouse effect.
