摘 要随着科技的飞速发展和经济的向好趋势，人均寿命在不断地延长，加上当下世界人口出生率的下降，人口老龄化的程度在不断加深。如何让老年群体实现“老有所养”，已经成为一个刻不容缓的世界难题。过去的家庭养老和机构养老已经无法适应新时代的时代大势，无法满足老年群体的养老需求。这时，应对全球老龄化趋势的一种新型养老模式—社区居家养老服务诞生了，它结合了家庭养老与机构养老的优势，是历史文化变迁与经济社会发展的产物，更是应对世界老龄化难题的一大具有开创性的举措。太原市作为典型的中部地区城市，其社区居家养老服务历经了十多年的发展，已取得了初步成效。本文首先明确了社区居家养老服务的概念，明确了有关概念才能更好地进行后续分析。之后本文通过梳理国外社区居家养老服务的发展状况，以及从运行机制、资金来源、服务内容这三个方面详细说明美国、日本这些地区的实施情况，然后归纳整理我国社区居家养老服务的发展历程和借鉴大连、南京、武汉等城市多年的实践经验。在此基础上对太原市社区居家养老服务的发展历程与具体实施情况作出探析，发现其实践过程中存在的优点与不足，并对不足进行深入思考和提出相应的对策。关键词：太原市；社区居家养老服务；政府；社会组织AbstractWith the rapid development of science and technology and the good trend of economy, the life expectancy is constantly extending, coupled with the decline of the world's birth rate, the degree of population aging is deepening.
