摘 要摘 要美国著名的管理学家弗雷德里克·温斯洛·泰勒,科学管理的创始人,被称为“科学管理之父”。他的科学管理理论思想在管理史上具有重大意义,为之后的许多重要管理理论的发展奠定了坚实基础。泰勒关于科学管理理论的实践有显著效果之后,为一些管理学家开起来新的思路——将科学管理运用到公共管理当中从而提高公共部门的行政效率。 认真剖析科学管理理论中蕴含的“以人为本”思想是正确认识和应用科学管理的关键,本文从管理哲学和管理技术两方面对其进行评述分析,从而思考对于我国现阶段公共管理过程中的人事管理改革的相关启示。关键词:泰勒 科学管理 以人为本 人事管理- I -- II -AbstractAbstractFrederick Winslow Taylor, a famous American management scientist, is the founder of scientific management and is known as the "father of scientific management". His scientific management theory has great significance in the history of management and has laid a solid foundation for the development of many important management theories. After Taylor's practice of scientific management theory had a significant effect, he developed a new idea for some management experts -- applying scientific management to public management so as to improve the administrative efficiency of the public sector. Careful analysis of the "people-oriented" thought contained in scientific management theory is the key to the correct understanding and application of scientific management.
