题 目 人力资源管理柔性化研究 摘 要企业人力资源柔性化管理,是形成其内部结构的柔性特征,将高素质职工视作是企业核心组成,运用分类管理职工,完善制度管理,强调企业文化发展,并致力于运用职工能动性实现团队功能发挥,促进企业质性转变的一种管理模式。自从人力资管理投入具体经营后,一直到今天,人们还致力于管理模式的创新和改进,而柔性化作为一种新的管理模式,开始被现代企业所肯定,它可以帮助企业更好地同内外环境变化相契合。在这本文当中,从人力资源管理的理念机制以及人力资源柔性化管理的重要性着手,采取文献资料法以及总结归纳法等分析国内现阶段企业人力资源管理体系存在的问题,并对其在现阶段发展现状做出细致探究,且就人力资源柔性化管理存在的问题和误区进行归纳,最终得出柔性化管理相关建议,以期能够促进企业人力资源柔性化管理工作的开展。关键词:人力资源管理;柔性化 ;建议ABSTRACTFlexible management of human resources of enterprise, the formation of the internal structure of the flexible characteristic, the high quality worker as enterprise core component, using the classification management staff, perfect management system, emphasize the enterprise culture development, and is committed to using the worker initiative implementation team function, promote the qualitative change of a kind of enterprise management mode.
