人文机场建设与发展研究

北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文 人文机场建设与发展研究人文机场建设与发展研究摘 要对未来民航机场的建设与发展，民航局提出了打造“四型机场”：平安机场、绿色机场、智慧机场、人文机场。其中，“人文机场”是根本目标，是机场建设的灵魂。民航机场应重视人文建设，通过便捷、服务、环境等方面给旅客带来更好的出行体验，才能不断的发展和进步。本文分析了人文机场中“以人为本”的理念，引出了对机场建设的要求。并阐述了国内外一些优秀机场的人文建设案例，分析了其中的人文元素，总结出了一些关于人文机场建设的方法。为了给旅客带来更好的乘机体验，本文建议机场提供安全保障和便捷设施，注重提升服务品质和打造艺术文化空间。关键词：民用航空 机场建设 以人为本 服务品质1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on the construction and development of humanistic airportABSTRACTFor the construction and development of future civil aviation airports, civi aviation administration has proposed to build "four airports": safe airport, green airport, smart airport and cultural airport. Among them, "cultural airport" is the fundamental goal, also is the soul of the airport construction. Civil aviation airports should pay attention to the cultural construction and bring better travel experience to passengers through convenience,service and environment, so as to achieve continuous development and pprogress.This paper analyses the concept of "people-oriened" in humanistic airport, and draws out the requirements for airport construction. In addition, this paper expounds some cases of humanistic construction of some excellent airports at home and abroad, and analyses the humanistic elements, then summarizes some methods of humanistic airport construction.
