广州知睿教育科技有限公司激励机制研究内 容 摘 要目前我国大型民营企业已颇具规模,企业内部有一套适合企业自身发展的科学的管理制度,保障企业内部正常运转。然而,我国民营企业大多数是中小型企业,缺乏科学的管理制度和明显的竞争优势,多数以人治的方式管理企业。民营企业面临着国内外环境变化所带来的双重压力,企业之间的竞争已逐渐转变为人才竞争,人力资源管理也逐渐被重视。管理中最核心的问题是对人的激励问题。随着市场竞争的激烈和信息的快速传递,员工对于企业的忠诚度减少,流动的意愿和能力增强,需求也呈现多样化。如何吸引人才、留住人才,调动人才的积极性,激励机制的良好运行将起到关键性作用。本文以广州知睿教育科技有限公司为研究对象,对该公司的激励机制进行研究,形成课题。通过问卷调查法和访谈法对广州知睿教育科技有限公司的激励机制现状进行分析,结合前期对相关激励理论的梳理和国内外激励机制研究成果分析,提出广州知睿教育科技有限公司激励机制现存问题并分析原因,最后提出解决方案,以期能够提高我国中小企业对于激励机制建设意识从而提高自身的综合竞争力。关键词:激励机制;现状分析;对策研究;知睿教育IResearch on the incentive mechanism of Guangzhou Zhirui Education Technology Co., LtdAbstractAt present, China's large-scale private enterprises have a large scale, and there is a set of scientific management system suitable for the development of enterprises, to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.
