I华为公司薪酬管理方案研究与设计——基于宽带薪酬的理论视角摘 要随着社会经济的发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。特别是在互联网经济高速发展的当下,企业要发展壮大,要在行业中占有一席之地,不仅要在产品竞争、服务竞争、技术竞争等方面占据优势,更重要的还要有自身的一套完善的人力资源管理系统来保证企业一直保持战斗力。因此,人力资源管理对企业发展尤为关键,而薪酬管理是人力资源管理中的核心内容,有效的薪酬管理是企业走向成功的助推力。文章从宽带薪酬理论及其特征出发,结合华为的薪酬战略变革、薪酬管理现状,研究、总结华为薪酬管理设计的成功经验。针对中小型企业在薪酬设计中生硬地套用别人的模式、形式主义地“吹集结号”、没有意识到员工激励效果、薪酬分配不尽合理的问题,提出企业应当根据自身不同发展阶段做出不同的薪酬决策、将员工的思想引导工作落到实处、注重激励作用产生的久远影响、鼓励学习并倡导能者居上的建议。关键词:华为公司;薪酬管理;宽带薪酬IIResearch and Design of Huawei's Compensation Management Scheme -- Based on the Theory of Broadband CompensationAbstract With the development of social economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.
