I雅图仕基层员工职业发展问题与对策研究内 容 摘 要本文以雅图仕公司基层员工职业发展问题为研究对象,首先从职业生涯规划相关理论出发,提出基层员工职业发展的背景和重要意义,概述了国内外员工职业发展的相关理论研究现状。其次,在阐述了雅图仕公司基本情况的基础上,通过访谈法与问卷调查法,调查了影响基层员工职业发展的因素包括培训制度的缺失、激励制度的不足、管理沟通阻塞、职业发展重视程度低、能岗不匹配等因素,导致该公司基层员工的职业得不到良好的发展,从而降低基层员工的工作积极性。最后根据主要问题提出以下改进措施:加强专业化培训、完善职业发展管理、落实职业发展激励政策、完善管理沟通的方式、提高招聘的质量。本文的撰写提醒基层员工应该重视自身的职业发展,并且为企业解决现有的问题提供了参考意见,从而提升员工和企业对外的竞争力。关键词:基层员工;职业生涯发展;员工培训;激励制度;管理沟通IIStudy on Career Development Problems and Countermeasures of Yatushi Grass-roots StaffAbstractBased on the theory of career planning, this paper puts forward the background and significance of career development of employees at the grass-roots level, and summarizes the current situation of theoretical research on career development of employees at home and abroad.
