摘 要舞蹈是我国传统的艺术形式，是人们通过肢体动作对情绪、情感的表达，学习舞蹈能够提升个人气质、陶冶情操、塑造形体美感。近年来我国的家长与少儿教学机构越来越重视儿童的舞蹈教育，但是很多家长，在对儿童舞蹈教育的认知上，与对儿童舞蹈兴趣培养上存在一定的盲目性。鉴于这种情况，本文就舞蹈对儿童身心成长的影响作以总结，对如何培养儿童舞蹈学习兴趣做出了相应对策，以其对家长与少儿教学机构有所帮助。关键词：少儿舞蹈；儿童；成长；教育作用AbstractDance is a traditional Chinese art form, is the people through the movement of emotion, emotional expression, learning dance can improve personal temperament, edify sentiment, shaping beauty.
