本科论文摘 要 随 着 我 国 的 社 会 发 展 步 入 信 息 化 时 代 ， 互 联 网技 术 与 金 融 的 高 度 结 合 ， 并 诞 生 了 互 联 网 金 融 。社 会 的 发 展 使 互 联 网 金 融 可 以 被 更 多 的 人 接 触 ，因 此 商 业 银 行 受 到 了 巨 大 的 挑 战 。 商 业 银 行 应 对互 联 网 金 融 模 式 的 方 式 ， 做 出 的 政 策 性 措 施 ， 决定 了 商 业 银 行 的 未 来 。 本 文 从 互 联 网 金 融 的 概 念 ，发 展 历 程 ， 特 点 以 及 从 基 础 上 对 商 业 银 行 在 互 联网 金 融 模 式 冲 击 的 背 景 下 做 出 了 现 状 分 析 ， 提 出商 业 银 行 在 应 对 这 类 情 况 时 应 采 取 的 转 型 措 施 。关 键 字 ： 商 业 银 行 ， 互 联 网 金 融 模 式 ， 普 惠 金 融 ，转 型 升 级本科论文AbstractAs China's social development enters the information age, Internet technology and finance are highly integrated, and Internet finance was born.
