上海百世快运配送路径优化研究摘 要随着市场经济的不断发展，对物流的配送需求也日趋旺盛。作为物流中至关重要的环节，配送的合理规划与选择可以提高车辆的载重率，节约车辆的使用空间，降低运输成本。因此，提高配送的效率是物流企业效益的保证，配送路线的合理性对企业来说具有重大的影响。所以，通过合理调度车辆运输配送与优化路径来提高配送方案的可行性是很有意义的选择。本文以上海百世快运为研究背景，对其现状加以分析，发现其在运输线路优化方面缺少对于货损成本约束的研究。因此，本文首先以综合运输成本最小化为目标函数，建立配送路径优化模型。其次，以百世快运上海市区分拨配送路径为典例，采用蚁群算法，并通过 Matlab 软件编程对案例的模型进行求解。最后，依据结果对本文所建模型的可行性和有效性进行评估，最终提出优化方案，目的在于提高百世快运的整体作业效率，减少配送车辆，提高装载率，进而增加企业经济效益。【 关键词】上海百世快运；蚁群算法；车辆路径优化Shanghai BES Express distribution path optimization researchAbstractWith the continuous development of market economy, demand for logistics distribution has become more and more strong.
