佛山市腾达五金厂仓库管理优化研究佛山市腾达五金厂仓库管理优化研究摘 要随着物流技术的不断发展进步仓库作业逐渐往自动化、智能化方向发展，而对于小型仓库而言，自动化、智能化水平较低，管理存在一定难度，因此如何提高仓库内各项作业的效率，降低库存成本是当前很多小型企业在仓库管理上亟需解决的问题。本论文以腾达五金厂的仓库作为研究对象，由于企业初期规模较小，仓库面积并不大，但是随着货物种类和数量的不断增加，仓库布局的不合理、储位规划的不规范、设施设备的不充足所带来的问题越来越突出。结合腾达五金厂的仓库所存在的问题，运用 EIQ-ABC 分析法、SLP 方法、关系表布局法以及相关优化理论等，从仓库的库位管理、布局、货物盘点、物料标识和设施设备这五个方面，设计出腾达五金厂仓库的优化方案，提出解决仓库问题的具体措施。所提出的仓库优化方案以及解决措施能够提高仓库的利用率和货物拣选、盘点效率，降低成本，减轻员工的作业强度，而且符合企业的资金条件，整个优化过程不需要花费大量的资金，能够提高企业的核心竞争力。I同时本文所得出的方案或结论可以为其它的小型仓库的优化设计提供参考和帮助，希望小型仓库可以根据企业自身的实际情况和发展方向，解决所面临的问题。关键词：仓储管理；仓库优化；EIQ-ABC 分析法；SLP 方法IIResearch on warehouse management optimization of Foshan Tengda Hardware FactoryAbstractWith the continuous development and progress of logistics technology, warehouse operations are gradually developing towards automation and intelligence.
