本科论文摘 要新中国成立以来,女性的地位发生了很大的变化,女性的就业率也呈现出直线上升的趋势。然而,由于客观条件的制约,比如国家政策体系、企业追求利润最大化、历史观念遗留,以及女性的生理特点、知识技能等主观原因的约束,使得女性在参与劳动力市场的过程中往往受到性别歧视,随着“全面二孩”政策的实施,这种歧视的趋势将会越来越突显。文章在界定相关概念和基本理论的基础上,阐述了“全面二孩”政策实施之后女性就业时所要面临的困境和挑战,并从多方面分析了女性面临就业困境、遭遇性别歧视的原因,提出“全面二孩”政策下保障和促进女性就业的建议:改善女性就业环境、减少女性用工成本、分担女性职业风险、完善幼托服务体系、鼓励女性自主创业、提升女性能力素养,增加女性知识储备等。关键字:全面二孩政策,女性就业,女性就业歧视本科论文AbstractSince the founding of New China, the status of women has changed a lot, and the employment rate of women has also shown a straight upward trend.
