三人制篮球中国女篮进攻技术

摘 要2019 年我国女子三人篮球队参加了在荷兰阿姆斯特丹举行的国际赛事，以全胜的战绩获得了世界冠军，为我国女子三人篮球提前锁定 2020 年奥运会门票。因此，本文以 2019 年三人篮球世界杯中国女篮比赛为例，采用文献资料、影响分析法、数理统计法等方法对分析 2019 年中国女篮比赛视频资料，将采集的数据整理分析后得出结果表明：强化个人进攻技术，把握好每一次进攻的节奏，获得有效的得分；合理运用进攻技巧，根据对手的优势与劣势进行进攻技巧的选择；提高运球、传球能力，掌握比赛主动权，提高传球能力可以有效的打出配合，提高投篮的成功率；提高团队的整体水平，要多积累日常的训练技巧，提高协同训练能力；积极培养新的球员，使三对三篮球比赛能够成为我国体育强项，充实我国的篮球队伍。关键词：三人制篮球；中国女篮；进攻技术AbstractIn 2019, China's Women's three-a-side basketball team participated in the international competition held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and won the world championship with an all-victory record, locking in advance the 2020 Olympic Games tickets for China's women's three-a-side basketball.
