All kinds of industries are facing both challenges and opportunities as the Industry 4.0 comes with some new feature of economic development. This article introduced artificial intelligence technology’ s applying to industry manufacture, medical treatment, logistics transportation, military and national defense, hotels and restaurant and more. It discussed the necessity of hotel intelligentization. Rising human-resource cost, high employee flow rate and inefficient incentive system became serious problem of hotels.
