The enterprise is a large-scale economic subject. If there is economic activity, there will be investment. No enterprise can leave the long-term investment. The time value of money is closely related to the long-term investment decision. The investors of the enterprise should make rational use of the funds and not allow too much money to idle. The idle money will eventually become the storage money. Even if the time goes by for a long time, the value of the money will not increase by a fraction, and the inflation will wash the value lower and lower, resulting in the economic loss of the enterprise.
