绩效考核在国企中的现状分析和对策讨论绩效考核在国企中的现状分析和对策讨论摘 要：随着国企的改革与进展，绩效考核在企业经营管理工作中的地位与作用日益凸现,但大多数国企经营者对绩效考核仍普遍存在困惑,因此，进一步增进对绩效考核工作的整体了解,客观分析并总结企业绩效考核工作存在的问题,已成为国企经营管理工作中的当务之举。有鉴于此，本文对绩效考核在国企中的实施现状进行了分析，指出国企绩效考核中存在的问题，并就此给出了对策和改进办法。 关键词：绩效考核 国企 经营管理 Abstract: Along with reform and development of state-owners enterprise, performance examination in the business enterprise to conduct management the position and the function within work is convex now day by day， but most state-owners enterprise executives investigate to the results still widespread existence perplexity， promote whole understanding to investigate the work to results therefore and further, the objective analysis also tallies up the problem that the business enterprise results investigates work existence and have become the management work of the state-owners enterprise management in of be duty it raise.
