摘 要随着经济全球化进程的加快和服务经济时代的到来,酒店业发展迅速,同时面临着激烈的竞争。21 世纪,虽然我国酒店业面对的发展机遇特别好,赶上了改革开放的好时代,但是情况不容乐观,酒店内部出现一些问题在制约着酒店业的持续发展,比如:员工满意度低,员工忠诚度不高,导致服务质量不高,影响了顾客的满意度等等,这些问题如果得不到酒店业的重视和解决,我们酒店业也就无法和国外酒店业相竞争。本文通过对漳州港五星级精品酒店美伦山庄为例,以实地走访、查找资料和调查问卷的形式进行研究调查,研究酒店内部营销的策略对员工满意度的影响,以及找出酒店在内部营销方面出现的问题和解决策略。关键词:内部营销;策略;员工;满意度AbstractWith the acceleration of economic globalization and the arrival of the service economy era, the hotel industry has developed rapidly in the fierce competition. Entering the 21st century, China's hotel industry is facing particularly good development opportunities and a good era of reform and opening up, but it is not optimistic. Some problems in the hotel industry restrict the sustainable development of the hotel industry, such as: low employee satisfaction, low employee loyalty, poor service quality, affecting customer satisfaction.
