农村 3-7 岁幼儿家长对教育需求的研究与对策——以洛阳市某农村幼儿园为例摘 要20 世纪 80 年代以来,随着工业化和城市化的发展,出现了幼儿。近年来,农民工人数有所增加,幼儿上学人数急剧增加。幼儿的学前教育问题已成为国家和社会的热点问题。但由于资金投入不足,资源匮乏等诸多原因,无法满足留守子女的需求。父母的需求是幼儿园工作的基础。幼儿的父母对学前教育有何需求?幼儿的父母需求有何差异?深入了解这些问题是“满足人们对教育的满意度”的前提条件。本文在调查洛阳农村家长教育需求的基础上,总结了农村家长教育需求的现状,并提出了相应的对策,以提高农村家长的教育需求。关键词:农村幼儿家长;教育需求;现状AbstractSince the 1980s, with the development of industrialization and urbanization, left-behind children have emerged. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of migrant workers, leading to a sharp increase in the number of left-behind children before going to school. The problem of pre-school education for left-behind children has become a hot issue for the state and society. However, due to inadequate capital investment, lack of resources, Low and many other reasons, unable to meet the needs of parents left children. Parents' needs are the basis of kindergarten work. What are the needs of parents of left-behind children for pre-school education? What are the differences in demand among parents of left-behind children? Understanding these problems in depth is a prerequisite for "satisfying people's satisfaction with education."
