题 目 浅谈企业信息化建设和管理 摘 要全球经济一体化背景下，企业的管理也需要适应信息化的特点，与国际接轨，加快实施信息化。与传统的信息化应用相比较，信息化所具有的多元化、智能性特点，能够更加有力的提升企业的管理决策水平。本文结合企业的发展特点，立足信息化的规律，分析企业信息化建设的现状及问题，研究发现我国企业信息化还处于信息化的初级阶段，层次较低，模式单一，同时专门为企业提供专业信息数据支持的数据库尚未建立，缺乏统一规划和标准规范，信息化理念不新，信息化人才不足，信息化系统配置不力，信息化协同不够，信息化系统不畅。在此基础上，提出了政府、企业合力推进企业信息化建设进程的对策。关键词：企业；信息化建设；云AbstractUnder the background of global economic integration, the management of enterprises also needs to adapt to the characteristics of informatization, conform to international standards, and accelerate the implementation of informatization.
