绿 色 贸 易 壁 垒 影 响 下 浙 江 省 农产 品 出 口 问 题 研 究摘 要:本文将浙江省农业出口作为研究对象,对绿色贸易壁垒对浙江省农产品产生的影响加以分析。首先本文总结了浙江农业出口通过绿色贸易壁垒的当前情况,分析了绿色贸易壁垒的作用,然后阐释了在绿色贸易壁垒下,浙江农业出口所应对的难题。最后,从企业和政府的层面出发,为解决这些问题,提出了相应的方案。企业为实现绿色营销,需要促进品牌的建设;加大科研成本,参考国际科研成就;宣传品牌形象,从而实现品牌溢价。要积极引导整个行业的发展并提升企业建设速度;将各种农产品出口企业向结合,从而促进产业化水平得以全面提升;政府加大农产品质量标准化的管理力度;并调整相关法律法规,完善快速预警制度;对于绿色农业,加大其支持力度,从而引入大量人才资源,农业技术水平得以提高。通过本研究,可以极大程度的减少绿色贸易壁垒对浙江农业出口所带来的负面影响,对浙江农业出口起到积极的影响。关键词:绿色贸易壁垒;国际贸易;农业出口Research on the Export of Agricultural Products in Zhejiang Province under the Influence of Green Trade BarriersAbstract: This paper takes Zhejiang agricultural export as the research object and analyzes the impact of green trade barriers on agricultural products in Zhejiang Province.
