济南构建区域物流中心城市政策分析摘 要伴随着全球一体化的发展，物流在我国对外贸易的地位越发凸显。物流业的发展逐步冲破区域和国家的界限实现市场的国际化。这就使得企业、地区以及国家无法从国际市场上独立开来。置身于当下的市场环境中，物流成本和服务水平逐步成为制约我国经济可持续发展的关键因素。就目前而言，我国物流业依旧处在从传统物流转变为现代化物流的过渡阶段，这与国内宏观经济的发展十分不协调。对于物流业而言，其除了是经济发展的重点内容，还是促进经济发展的手段和重要环节。在当今区域经济一体化逐渐增强的背景之下，建设区域物流中心对城市的发展十分重要。基于此，本文通过采用理论和实证相结合的方法，在借鉴国内外物流发展经验的基础上，针对济南市物流业发展现状以及济南市构建区域物流中心城市的可行性进行详细的分析研究。随后本文运用 SWOT 的方法从该市建设区域物流中心的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行对比分析，发现其中存在的一些问题并提出针对性的政策建议。关键词：区域物流中心；全球一体化；现代化物流AbstractWith the development of global integration， logistics in China's foreign trade has become increasingly prominent position.
