摘 要忠诚,即是责任也是付出。企业的生存发展离不开忠诚的员工,员工的忠诚度需要企业给予公正的评价,二者相互影响。因此,一个员工保持忠诚的前提,就要求企业正视员工的价值,及时了解员工的心理状态,尊重员工的劳动和人格,培养员工团队意识,大家庭责任心,给每位员工创造参与企业发展规划,参与管理的机会和权力,让员工感受到大家庭的温馨,在工作中员工的获得感、归属感一旦增加,他们就会被企业的真诚感动,从而忠诚的主动地付出,投身到企业发展中,为企业尽其所有去服务。员工忠诚透视了企业的生机和活力,一个运转健康、高质量发展的企业离不开企业员工的忠诚度[1]。保持企业员工的忠诚是企业管理中的一大课题,员工的忠诚于企业一般与薪酬待遇理、激励机制、企业文化等一系列因素的有关。作为企业必须对每位员工做出科学的评价,分析可能影响员工忠诚度的因素,以及员工忠诚度降低带来的不利影响,采取可行的措施进行修补。可通过座谈、业余交流等方式洞察员工的内心轨迹,消除员工的心理障碍,从而激发员工工作热情。企业也可根据员工的特点,岗位优势,对员工做出远景规划,消除员工后顾之忧,让他们轻装上阵,发挥最大价值。找出影响员工忠诚度的原因,及时调整管理过程中的短板,对企业高效可持续发展具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。关键词:忠诚度;影响因素;绩效与薪酬;福利待遇;人力资源管理AbstractLoyalty is both responsibility and commitment.
