摘 要南美白对虾(Penaeus vannamei)是我国重要的经济养殖虾类。本研究利用不同浓度(0%、0.75%、1%和 1.25%)的乳酸菌混合饲料对南美白对虾进行淡水养殖 30 天,测量南美白对虾养殖过程中各种水质理化因子的变化情况以及乳酸菌对南美白对虾体长、体质量和抗病力的促进情况。研究结果表明,1%和 1.25%乳酸菌添加量可有效提高虾苗生长速度,活力更强,水体环境更好,乳酸菌能起到降解亚硝酸盐、氨氮等有毒物质,并减少水质有害物质引起的肝萎缩现象。这一结果显示饲料中添加乳酸菌具有良好的水质改良、提高南美白对虾生长速度并增强虾体免疫力的功能。关键词:南美白对虾;乳酸菌;理化因子;生长;免疫力。AbstractPenaeus Vannamei is an important economic shrimp in China. In this study, different concentrations (0% , 0.75% , 1% and 1.25%) of lactic acid bacteria were used for 30 days in freshwater culture of Penaeus Vannamei, the changes of physical and chemical factors of water quality and the promotion of lactic acid bacteria on body length, body weight and disease resistance of Penaeus Vannamei were measured. The results showed that the addition of 1% and 1.25% lactic acid bacteria could effectively increase the growth rate of shrimp seedlings, increase their vitality, improve the water environment, and play a role in the degradation of nitrite, ammonia nitrogen and other toxic substances, and reduces the water quality harmful substance causes the liver atrophy phenomenon.
