高中寄宿生情绪调节与学业倦怠的相关研究摘 要目的:探讨高中寄宿生情绪调节与学业倦怠之间的关系。方法:采用高中生情绪调节与学业倦怠评价量表对 492 名高中寄宿生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)高中寄宿生学业倦怠水平在年级上存在显著差异。高二年级学生的在低成就感维度、情感耗竭维度、学业疏离维度上的得分均高于高一、高三年级的学生。在性别、生源地、是否独生上不存在显著差异。(2)情绪调节在年级方面差异显著。在认知重评维度上,高一年级学生的认知重评得分显著高于高二年级学生。在性别、生源地、是否独生上不存在显著差异。(3)高中寄宿生认知重评与学业倦怠呈显著负相关,其中低成就感、学业疏离与认知重评负相关显著。(4)高中寄宿生在学业倦怠与认知重评的相关中,其男女生的相关系数存在显著差异,女生相关显著。结论:情绪调节策略是学业倦怠的重要影响变量,其中性别起调节作用。【关键词】学业倦怠;情绪调节;高中寄宿生A study on the relationship between emotional adjustment and academic burnout of high school boarding studentsAbstract Objective: To explore the relationship between emotion regulation and high school students between academic burnout.
