年产 2 万吨酒精发酵车间设计摘要酒精在我国国防、食品、生物、化工和医药方面等都发挥着重要的作用。随着矿产能源用一点便少一点且污染环境，酒精作为一种绿色可再生的清洁能源，其需求量越来越大，这给酒精工艺提供了良好的发展机遇。本设计以木薯为原料用生物发酵法，采用先进且适合实际生产条件的工艺技术进行酒精生产。酒精发酵自 2000 多年前存在，但是经过历代研究人员的不懈努力，不断开创酒精行业的新篇章，给古老的酿酒领域注入新的活力。现在酒精发酵行业全方面都有了显著的进步，如在生产技术、设备、产品质量、综合利用和自控技术等，这些改变焕发了酒精行业的强大生命力。北京理工大学珠海学院关键词：绿色可再生、生物发酵法、先进工艺技术北京理工大学珠海学院AbstractAlcohol is widely used in national defense, food, biology, chemical industry and medicine, etc. Stimulated by the increasing depletion of mineral energy and the global climate crisis, alcohol as a green and renewable clean energy , the demand for alcohol is increasing, which provides a good opportunity for the development of alcohol technology. In this design, cassava as raw material, uses biological fermentation method, and advanced technology which suitable for actual production conditions to product alcohol.Alcohol fermentation has existed since more than 2000 years ago, but through the unremitting efforts of generations of researchers, it continues to create a new chapter in the alcohol industry and inject new vitality into the old wine making field.
