I摘要客户是企业长远发展的最大推动力。企业要想要长远发展,就必须依靠顾客的推动,而及时了解顾客的客户满意程度,并且及时调整自我提高顾客的满意度,可以更大程度地推动企业的发展,增强企业的核心竞争能力,是企业在竞争日益激烈的市场中立于不败之地。但往往企业如今往往还不能及时得知顾客满意的相关程度,使得企业在面对顾客流失时束手无策。了解顾客的满意度并及时分析原因做出调整是企业长远发展不可忽视的重要部分。本文以云南省弥勒市金方企业为例子,通过问卷调查的方法,发现其存在的问题,并分析问题和解决问题。关键词:顾客满意度;商品质量;服务水平;商品价值IIIABSTRACTCustomers are the biggest driving force for the long-term development of enterprises.
