本科论文摘 要当今互联网高速发展,文化也随着互联网发展得到广泛传播和重视,企业文化在企业生存发展中越来越成为关键因素。企业文化是决定公司员工和管理层如何互动和处理外部业务交易的信念和行为的精神财富和物质形态,其客观地不可忽略的存在于任何一个现代企业之中。企业文化存在和优化与人员类载体建设互为依托,一方面,企业文化可对员工行为、价值观、工作态度等各方面产生直接影响,企业文化是企业员工生存和发展的精神依托。另一方面,企业员工管理的主要工作之一是建立和推广企业文化,如果没有员工的参与,企业文化也无法形成,因此企业人员类载体建设是企业文化建立健全的先行保障。本研究立足于企业文化相关理论,对企业人员类载体进行研究。论文共包括了四大组成部分。首先对企业文化和人员类载体的内涵进行阐述,随后通过查阅文献的形式,分析人员类载体的主要类型,通过企业案例研究人员类载体的建设,提出建设基于人员类载体的企业文化的意义和作用。关键词:企业文化,人员载体,企业家本科论文AbstractToday, with the rapid development of the Internet, culture has been widely disseminated and appreciated with the development of the Internet.
