北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 12 万吨丙烯腈回收工段工艺设计年产 12 万吨丙烯腈回收工段工艺设计丙烯腈是有刺激性气味、无色的液体。极易燃烧,其水蒸汽与空气接触发生反应,生成易燃易爆混合物;遇到高温或明火生成毒性气体。同时是合成橡胶、合成纤维、塑料的必要原料。本文研究年产 12 万吨丙烯腈回收工段的工艺设计流程,针对以分离丙烯腈和乙腈为目的的工艺流程,搜集相关文献及生产资料,最终确定以水为溶剂的萃取精馏塔为生产设备,并对其回收原理、流程作出论证。然后进行物料衡算、热量衡算、设备计算,并根据计算结果进行设备选型。最后进行 “三废处理”,并绘制带控制点的工艺流程图和车间 CAD 图。关键词:丙烯腈;乙腈;萃取精馏;回收工艺北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Annual output of 120000 tons of acrylonitrile recycling section process designAbstractAcrylonitrile, colorless, is a kind of liquid with pungent smell, which is easy to burn.
