年产30万盒速食土笋冻工厂化设计

摘 要本研究依据现成的速食土笋冻工艺及配方，设计年产量为30万盒的速食土笋冻工厂。以年产量30万盒为目标，通过设备选型、物料、水电费、人工费、固定资产等估算。通过经济效益分析计算出，该项目建设投资费用为727.2419 万元，流动资金为363.621 万元，固定总投资金额为240 万元/ 年，全年净利润总额达到258.20648 万元，预计投资回收期两年十个月。关 键 词 ： 可口革囊星虫；速食土笋冻；真空冷冻干燥；年产量AbstractBased on the ready-made technology and formula of instant frozen bamboo shoots, this study designed an instant frozen bamboo shoot factory with an annual output of 300,000 boxes.
