就业公平与就业性别歧视研究—以东方学院女性大学毕业生为例摘 要 随着我国市场经济的不断发展以及就业机制的变化,企业对员工的选择有极大的自主权,为了降低成本,获得更高的利益,在劳动力市场上存在诸多不公平的现象,就业歧视之风愈演愈烈,尤其是近年来高校扩招,大规模的毕业生涌入劳动力市场,加之就业歧视问题,使女大学毕业生就业更加困难,也产生了不少问题,故而本文将以东方学院女性大学毕业生为例,采用问卷调查法对就业公平与就业性别歧视进行研究。文章首先概述了相关概念以及理论,为后文的研究奠定理论基础;其次对女大学生就业不公平调查情况进行了概述;再次对女大学生就业不公平的不良后果及渊源进行分析,女大学生就业不公平无论对个人、组织还是社会来说均有较大的不良影响,而就业不公平最主要的原因便是性别歧视;最后提出降低女大学生就业性别歧视促进就业公平的措施。希望本文的研究可以对女大学生就业公平理论进行梳理,降低就业性别歧视,促进女大学生就业。关键词:就业公平;就业性别歧视;女大学生Employment equity and gender discrimination in employment------A case study of the women's college graduates of Oriental CollegeAbstract With the continuous development of China's market economy and the change of employment mechanism, enterprises have great autonomy to the choice of employees.
