北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文水处理剂聚合氯化铝的制备--以含铝固废为原料的二步法聚合氯化铝的制备研究水处理剂聚合氯化铝的制备--以含铝固废为原料的二步法聚合氯化铝的制备研究摘 要聚合氯化铝是目前水处理领域研究的热点之一,其优点是絮凝效果好、沉淀性好、除浊度高、产生的污泥量较少以及处理前后水 pH 值变化小、适用范围广等,因此在污水处理中得到广泛应用。本文研究了以含铝固废为原料采用酸溶二步法制备液体聚合氯化铝产品,对反应过程中的盐酸用量、初始加水量和铝酸钙的投加量等影响因素进行研究,制备出具有良好絮凝效果的液体聚合氯化铝产品,然后测定其氧化铝质量分数和盐基度。通过单因素实验结果设计正交实验,所得结果进行分析得出制备液体聚合氯化铝的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸用量 40mL,初始加水量 50mL,铝酸钙的投加量 2g。利用含铝固废生产聚合氯化铝既能实现含铝固废中铝资源的高效利用,减少原材料用量,又可实现含铝固废的减量化和无害化处理。因此,以含铝固废为原料制备聚合氯化铝,具有较大的经济和环境效益。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文关键词:聚合氯化铝;酸溶法;盐基度;含铝固废;絮凝剂;Preparation of water treatment agent poly aluminum chloride--Preparation of two-step poly aluminum chloride from solid waste containing aluminumAbstractPoly aluminum chloride is one of the research hotspots in the field of water treatment.
