If an enterprise wants to succeed, it must not only have new customers to flow in, but also limit customers to flow out. An enterprise can win more customers depends on whether the quality of products and services provided by the enterprise can make customers satisfied. Customer satisfaction is not only the final measure of quality, but also the prerequisite for the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, paying attention to customers, studying customers and discussing "how to make customers satisfied" have become indispensable elements for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantage.
