摘要 随着经济全球化、金融服务贸易自由化的迅速发展，在促进国际金融市场快速发展的同时，也加剧了国际金融市场的动荡，国际金融的风险也日益增大。金融风险具有蔓延性和传递性特征，金融风险的国际传递是提高风险的重要因素。因此，如何抵抗金融风险的国际传递，成为保障我国金融业稳健发展的关键因素。 关键字：融资方式；企业债券；必要性AbstractWith the rapid development of economic globalization and financial services trade liberalization , the international financial market has been promoted to develop rapidly and at the same time, also exacerbate the international financial market turmoil, increase the international financial risk.
