内容摘要 随着知识经济的到来,企业之间的竞争将不再完全是精良设备和雄厚财力的较量,而更多的是企业间智力资本与文化积淀间的对抗。企业的管理重心开始向“人”转移,对内强调员工是企业的主体,对外强调顾客满意;企业管理开始侧重于文化管理,通过建立适宜企业生存和发展的企业文化,提高企业的凝聚力、向心力和员工的归属感,激发优秀人才的创新意识和创造能力,提高企业的信誉,加强顾客对企业的忠诚感。信息时代的到来,世界经济一体化,企业全球化的进程越来越快,企业己在社会生活中起着主导作用,企业的强弱成了国家强弱的标志。企业文化是社会文化的亚文化,在现代社会中,企业文化是社会文化的典型的、直接的体现。我们党一直在寻求并精心培育民族的新的价值观和伦理道德观,“三个代表”的思想就是其直接体现。新的价值观念的产生导致我国国民经济的发展越来越健康,国力也迅速上升,产生了一批在国际上有影响的先进企业。虽然我国企业近年来取得了长足进步,但与先进国家相比,总体还仅处于“弱冠”时期,但企业发展的强烈愿望推动了我国企业文化的研究工作的迅速发展。最后,本文以中国联通为例,分析中国联通企业文化建设和创新模式,得出创新必须从战略高度出发,才能最终取得成功。关键词:企业文化 创新 中国联通 建设 Abstract With the coming of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is not Only depended on excellent equipments and abundant funds, but more on the intellect Capital and deposited culture .the center of business management is moving to “human” Which emphasizes employees’chief part of enterprise inside and customers’satisfy outside; Business management gives preference to culture management through creating enterprise culture which can benefit the survival and development of enterprise ;improving the cohesive force and centripetal force of enterprise and employees’ feeling of affiliation; stimulating excellent employees’ consciousness and capability of creativeness; enhancing enterprises credit and cultivating customers’ faithful affection.
