基于 TRIZ 理论电动清扫车吸尘性能设计摘 要电动清扫车作为当今社会新兴的机械化清洁设备已得到越来越广泛地使用,大量的国产品牌电动清扫车出现并投入市场,但在使用过程中又反应出当前产品仍然存在不足,例如吸尘能力存在局限、高粉尘环境易造成二次扬尘等。针对目前国内电动清扫车盘刷、吸尘装置、垃圾箱举升系统普遍存在的缺陷,本文采用 TRIZ 创新理论方法作为工具进行研究设计。得到解决方案:在盘刷中新添加两组刷毛并单独配备喷水装置组成三级变换刷毛、为吸尘口添加可调节挡板及举升肢杆滑轮添加锁紧装置。最终完成电动清扫车盘刷、吸尘口的尺寸、结构设计与盘刷、举升肢杆滑轮的 CATIA 三维模型建立与仿真。本文根据 TRIZ 理论对电动清扫车的盘刷、吸尘装置、垃圾箱举升系统进行了设计,并进行了方案仿真模拟,为电动清扫车领域提供了一份有价值的参考。关键词:电动清扫车;盘刷吸尘装置;垃圾箱举升系统;TRIZ 理论DESIGN OF DUST ABSORPTION PERFORMANCE OF ELECTRIC SWEEPER ON TRIZ THEORYAbstractAs a new mechanical cleaning equipment in today's society, electric sweepers have been used more and more widely.
