冷链物流中的牛油果货架期问题研究冷链物流中的牛油果货架期问题研究摘 要 随着中国消费者对于食品质量、安全的要求越来越高,冷链物流在日常生活逐渐深入消费者的生活。每年由于冷链物流的问题而浪费了大量的食物,造成了严重的损失。通过研究调查,通过准确的了解食物货架期信息可以有效解决很多冷链物流问题。通过实时监测食品的货架期,可以有利于食品的全程冷链物流控制,及时作出调整以保证物流质量。此外监测食品货架期有利于库存管理时的决策,还有助于产品销售时对产品以质量划分价格。 本文主要是研究冷链物流中牛油果货架期的相关问题。在牛油果货架期相关问题中,最关键的就是如何预测和估算准确的剩余货架期、以及如何有效的延长剩余货架期。本文讨论了超声波参数模型、感官分析模型和动力学建模这三种预估牛油果货架期的数学模型;此外还着重讨论了三种可食性涂层对于牛油果货架期的影响。通过研究牛油果的货架期问题可以有效的增强牛油果冷链物流的各项管理,提升效率;此外还可以促进冷链物流中使用各种信息技术和设备全程检测牛油果状况,减少冷链物流的损失。关键词:牛油果;货架期;数学模型;可食用涂层IResearch on shelf life of avocado in cold chain logisticsAbstract With the increasing demand about food quality and safety of Chinese consumers, cold chain logistics has been applied in consumers’ life. It is reported that an estimated amount of 1.3 billion tones, roughly one third of the food produced for human consumption, are wasted or lost each year throughout the supply chain, from harvest handling, transport, warehousing to home. With researching, we can efficiently tackle lots of cold chain logistics through know accurate shelf life information. Through real-time monitoring of the shelf life of food, it can be conducive to the whole process of cold chain logistics control of food, and timely make adjustments to ensure the quality of logistics.
