论台资企业的人力资源管理摘要：人力资源管理是企业所有人力资源计划的总称，是战略规划与技术计划，即具体的实施计划的统一。人力资源管理主要具有六大职能，包括：人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬管理和劳动关系管理。本文从人力资源管理前五项职能出发，讨论外资企业在人力资源管理问题上的优于忧，并以台资企业百脑汇为例，进行具体分析，最后针对外资企业在人力资源管理中出现的问题进行总结归纳并提出解决办法。关键词：台资企业 人力资源管理Abstract：Human resources management is all human resources plan collectively.
