广东东软学院本科毕业设计基于绿色物流的包装回收流程优化探讨 Optimization of packaging recycling process based on Green Logistics内容摘要由于电商的高速发展，人们越来越倾向于网上购物，特别是当前社会消费前移的趋势下，人们的购买力的增长，网上购物的订单成交量频频刷新，快递的包裹量也呈现逐年递増的情况。快递的繁荣发展，导致每年产生百万吨快递包装，从消费者的角度来看，随着网购风气流行，人们在回收利用方面的意识缺乏，快递的包装在使用后往往被随意抛弃，促使包装物没有得到正确的处理，也因此加剧了环境污染，造成环境污染和资源浪费，所以包装回收体系的完善目前亟待解决。基于此，文章在研究 BPR 理论作为重点, 对快递包装逆向物流回收模式进行了系统性的分析, 旨在通过绿色物流逆向回收流程的构建与优化, 实现快递包装的有效回收再利用,同时在问卷调查的基础上，分析了回收流程的影响因素和快递包装逆向回收流程中存在的问题，进而提出一些回收流程优化的对策，从而提高快递包装的回收率，减少资源浪费和环境污染。关键词：低碳；逆向物流回收；BRP 理论；广东东软学院本科毕业设计广东东软学院本科毕业设计AbstractDue to the rapid development of e-commerce, people are more and more inclined to shop online, especially under the current trend of social consumption, people ’s purchasing power is increasing, the peak of online shopping is frequently refreshed, and the amount of parcels for express delivery is gradually increasing year by year.
