连杆体机械加工工艺过程及舌顶面铣夹具设计、摘 要这篇论文主要阐述了连杆体的工艺路线，铣定位面夹具的设计过程。工艺部分说明了毛坯的确定，定位基准的选择，加工顺序的制定及加工方法的确定。工序方面说明了如何确定刀具及工序图内容。夹具设计部分，主要是根据工序定位基准面要求限制的自由度数目和定位基准面形状来确定具体定位元件及定位总体方案，再根据工序夹紧面的要求来确定具体夹紧元件和夹紧总体方案。依据铣床夹具的结构设计特点，确定刀具相对工件位置的对刀方案，用定位键确定夹具在机床上的位置，最后做夹具总体结构设计分析。 【关键词】：铣床夹具，结构工艺性，工艺路线AbstractThis paper mainly discusses the way of the connecting rod, and milling fixture design process. Process part shows the determination of blank, locating datum selection, the determination of processing order and processing method. Process shows how to determine the content of the cutting tool and work procedures. Fixture design part, mainly according to the processing positioning base required to limit the number of degrees of freedom and the shape of the locating datum to determine specific positioning elements and a positioning scheme, according to the requirements of the surface of the clamping process to determine the specific clamping device and clamping scheme. According to the characteristics of the milling machine fixture design project, determine the position of the tool relative to the workpiece tool positioning key to determine the position of the jig machine, finally the analysis of the overall structure of the fixture design.
