I基于平衡计分卡中小企业全面预算管理研究—以江苏高科石化股份有限公司为例摘 要全面预算管理是现代企业主要运用的预算管理体系，但是随着经济全球一体化，各种新型企业兴起，传统的全面预算管理开始暴露出其缺点，于是有人提出引进平衡计分卡去弥补全面预算管理中的不足。中小企业是我国经济发展中很重要的一部分，因此中小企业需要进行更完善、更科学的预算管理。本文以江苏高科石化股份有限公司为例，对其预算管理现状进行分析并构建新的全面预算体系以及对企业以后实施预算管理提出保障性建议。通过本文的研究，希望能提升高科石化的管理水平以及给我国中小企业全面预算提供更多经验。关键词：全面预算管理；平衡计分卡；战略目标IIResearch on the Comprehensive Budget Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on Balanced Scorecard- Take Jiangsu Gaoke Petrochemical Company Limited as an ExampleAbstractComprehensive budget management is the main budget management system used by modern enterprises. However, with the economic globalization and the rise of various new types of enterprises, the traditional comprehensive budget management began to expose its shortcomings, so someone proposed to introduce the Balanced Scorecard to make up for the deficiencies in the comprehensive budget management. Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China's economic development, so they need to carry out more perfect and scientific budget management. Taking Jiangsu Petrochemical Company Limited as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of its budget management, builds a new comprehensive budget system and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of budget management in the future.
