云南临沧边防武警毒品公开查缉工作现状及对策【摘要】云南临沧地区一直是毒品泛滥的重灾区，也是毒品从“金三角”入境的主要通道之一。笔者结合自己在云南西双版纳州勐海县的堵卡经历，以及到临沧边境地区的走访调查，总结出了临沧地区毒品公开查缉工作的现状，并对贩毒人员结构进行分析，发现边防武警在公开查缉工作中存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出自己的几点建议。【关键词】临沧 毒品 公开查缉 边防武警 现状 问题 建议Yunnan Lincang armed police border drug open investigation of current status and Countermeasures【Abstract】The Yunnan Lincang region has been the drug heavy disaster area, about also the "Golden Triangle" the entry of one of the main channel.The author combines oneself in Xishuangbanna,Yunnan Menghai Country blocking experience,as well as to the Lincang border area to visit investigation,summed up Lincang area drug open investigation of the status quo,and the drug traffickers structure analysis,found the border police in the open investigation work existence question,and aimed at these questions to propose their own points suggestion.【Key words】Lincang border armed police drug open investigation present situation problems suggestion引言云南省毗邻泰国、缅甸、老挝三国，整个边境线长约 4060 公里，作为阻碍和减少“金三角”毒品向中国内陆渗透的屏障，云南省承担着盾牌一样的作用。由于其天然的地理环境，致使云南省承担着我国最重要的打击毒品犯罪任务，每年公开查缉数量也是全国最多的，而靠近国边境线的云南临沧边防更是打击毒品犯罪的先锋和主要力量。笔者曾到云南临沧边境线一带走访调查过，也向当地的边防武警官兵调查并探讨过，下面，谈谈临沧边防在毒品公开查缉工作中存在的问题，并提几点自己的意见和建议。一、临沧边防毒品公开查缉现状1（一）查缉工作取得的成绩据统计，云南临沧边防在 2011 年 12 月 21 日至 2012 年 5 月 28 日期间，共侦破毒品案件 165 起；抓获犯罪嫌疑人 196 人；缴获各类毒品共计 207.46 千克，其中，海洛因 137.008千克，较去年同期减少 15.7%；冰毒 69.694 千克，较去年同期增...
