北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文科技资源流动对中国高新技术产品出口影响科技资源流动对中国高新技术产品出口影响摘 要中国是世界上高新技术产品出口总量排名第一的国家，其出口市场主要集中在美国和欧盟等发达国家与地区，而这些发达国家和地区近年来的技术性贸易壁垒给我国带来越来越严峻的挑战，加上受贸易保护主义抬头的影响，我国高新技术产品出口到其主要市场国的贸易额出现下降。在此期间，即使面对这种困境，我国高新技术产品出口到新兴市场国如东盟和“一带一路”沿线等国家的贸易额仍保持不断上升的趋势，这说明中国高新技术产品在新兴市场具备一定的竞争力和潜力。本文基于科技资源跨国流动的背景，通过分析中国高新技术产品出口到新兴市场国的现状并利用计量面板模型来分析科技资源跨国流动对中国高新技术产品出口的影响。结果得出科技人才和资金流动对其高新技术产品出口的影响存在着显著正效应，充分证明了科技资源流动对中国高新技术产品出口有积极促进的作用。最后结合研究结果，为加强科技资源在中国与新兴市场国间流动提出相关可行的对策建议。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文关键词：科技资源 高新技术产品 出口 新兴市场The influence of the flow of scientific and technological resources on the export of Chinese high-tech productsAbstractChina is the largest exporter of high-tech products.
