健康中国战略下“互联网＋医疗健康”的机遇和挑战【摘要】文章首先阐述互联网发展历程，结合互联网发展规模，解析互联网医疗行业现状。文章以十九大提出的健康中国战略为背景，就当前我国互联网医疗行业发展的情况和实施路径做了介绍，与此同时对智慧医疗服务平台的构建、安全性能的优化、服务功能的完善等进行了研究，在此基础上，探索“互联网+医疗健康”的机遇和挑战。最后以平安好医生为案例模板，分析其长短板，提出我国基于智慧医疗服务平台的移动健康系统应用对策。【关键词】健康中国战略；智慧医疗；互联网+医疗健康；移动健康系统Opportunities and challenges of "Internet + medical health" under the health China strategy[Abstract] Firstly, this paper expounds the development process of Internet and analyzes the current situation of internet medical industry in combination with the scale of Internet development. Based on the nineteen healthy China strategies, the article introduces the development and implementation of the internet medical industry in China. At the same time, it studies the construction of smart medical service platform, the optimization of security performance and the improvement of service functions. On this basis, it explores the opportunities and challenges of "Internet plus medical health".
