人口老龄化背景下卫生服务可及性与公共卫生政策的选择【摘要】我国人口老龄化日趋严重，较复杂化的老龄现状对卫生服务的普及产生一定的阻碍作用，尤其是对老年人生活保障的医疗卫生资源供给起着严重的制约作用，进一步影响卫生服务在中老年群体中的可及。此外，传统的养老方式也面临着很大的挑战，加快建立适应当前社会现状的新型养老服务模式与中老年群体医疗服务体系正不断被社会所关注与思考。然而，国内己有研究鲜少立足于宏观视角、聚焦于中老年群体的医疗卫生服务的视角对卫生服务可及性进行分析。本文将以“卫生服务”在中老年群体中的可及性为研究视角，基于社区居家养老以及医养结合的大背景，借助国家统计局和自有线上与线下问卷调查数据，并运用统计学分析法，对我国中老年群体的卫生服务现状进行可及性分析、讨论最后结合当前公共卫生政策提出提高可及性的对策建议。【关键词】中老年群体；卫生服务；可及性Accessibility of health services and choice of public health policy in the context of population aging[Abstract] China's aging population is becoming more and more serious.
