北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计基于单片机的眼部按摩仪设计--控制系统设计摘 要为了在一天劳累的工作后,让眼睛能够有充分的休息,让人们消去眼睛疲劳。 本文主要设计一款眼部按摩仪,具有震动以及热敷的功能。主要运用了 stc89c52作为控制芯片,控制电机以及电热丝来产生震动和毛巾热敷的效果,本文介绍了设计过程以及各个零部件,护眼仪主要由,最小系统电路、按键开关电路、电机驱动电路、电热丝驱动电路、指示灯电路组成,外部件有提供充电蓄能的锂电池结构、DC 升压模块以及7805 稳压模块的设计组成,调试电阻丝的温度是此次设计的最大的难题,需要经过不断的调试,才能够得到舒适的温度。在设计过程中需要考虑到电路的电流是否能够达到电机以及电热丝所需要的电流大小,就用到了三极管放大电路来提供足够大的电流来驱动器械,设计完成后的器械使用安全调试,这都是在设计过程中不可缺少的。关键词:单片机、眼部按摩仪、控制系统北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Design of Eye Massage Instrument Based on SCM - Control System DesignAbstractIn order to have a full rest after a hard day's work, so that people can eliminate eye fatigue.This article mainly designs an eye massage instrument, has the vibration and the hot compress function.Mainly use the stc89c52 as control chip, control motor and electric heating wire to produce the effect of vibration and towel hot compress, this paper introduces the design process and the various components, eye instrument is mainly composed of, minimum system circuit, button switch circuit, motor drive circuit, heating wire drive circuit, indicator light circuit, external supply lithium battery charging energy storage structure, DC booster module, as well as 7805 voltage regulator module design, debug resistance wire temperature is the biggest problem, the design takes constant debugging, was able to get a comfortable temperature.In the design process, it is necessary to conside...
