本科论文摘 要随着民营企业的高速发展，同时也极具风险性和挑战性。许多民营企业面临着濒临破产的危险。在现阶段，生存问题是民营企业发展的关键，同时加强企业财务风险管理是挽救民营企业的关键。中国现有民营企业在市场经济发展环境下加强企业财务风险管理也是保持民营企业生存的关键。市场经济发展环境下的中国现有民营企业受外部因素和自身内部因素的双重影响，存在诸多问题。 大商集团是我国目前最大的民营企业之一，主营的业态多为综合性购物中心。成立 25 年来，公司在不断发展中逐渐显露出一些财务风险问题，如：资金，人力的资源，内部和外部协作等。本文研究并分析了大商集团存在的问题，分析了大商集团资源的优缺点，机遇和威胁，并提出了未来发展战略面临的挑战和当前问题。本文的第一部分是引言，重要阐述了研究背景，研究的重要性和关于国内外研究的现状。第二部分论述了民营企业的财务风险理论，从四个不同的方面分析了财务风险的基本含义，基本特征，风险原因以及类型。第三部分是针对民营企业主要问题和成因的分析。第四部分以大商集团有限公司为案例，对财务风险问题做具体分析，并与其他同行企业做对比，指出我国民营企业发展目标。第五部分指出预防民营企业财务风险具体措施。最后一部分是结论和展望。关键词：大商集团；财务风险；发展战略本科论文AbstractWith the fastprogress of private enterprises, they are as well facing safety risks and challenges.
