I题目：基于 BIM 技术的某市滨河花园居民改建工程投标文件编制投标文件是指具备承担招标项目的能力的投标人按照招标文件要求体例的呼应文件，在投标文件中应当对招标文件提出实质性要求并作出回应。本毕业设计是以某市滨河花园居民改建工程项目作为案例制作投标文件，运用广联达GCL、GGJ、GBQ、Project、梦龙、BIM5D 等软件进行毕业设计标书的编制。本设计内容包括商务标和技术标。商务标部分包括法定代表人的身份证明、法人的授权委托书、手工算量、模型的建立等。编写主要是依据工程图纸和相关资料，利用广联达 GCL 土建算量和 GGJ 钢筋算量软件进行建模，并导出相关工程量清单。技术标部分包括编制依据、工程概况 施工总体部署及施工准备、施工平面布置及管理、施工组织及进度计划、主要分项工程施工方案等。技术标是重点，主要是利用 Project 计算工期编写进度计划，建立三维施工现场平面布置模型、模板脚手架模型，并针对工程项目的具体情况给出质量、安全 、文明施工等施工技术措施；基于 BIM5D 平台，创立的各个专业模型以及清单计价文件，实现模型与项目进度、成本（5D）的挂接，在这个基础上完成项目施工前的模拟建造，避免可能出现的问题，确定施工最终计划并编写投标文件。本工程计划工期 257 天，总造价 4157075.59 元。关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案AbstractThe bidding document refers to the response document of the bidder who has the ability to undertake the bidding project in accordance with the requirements of the bidding document .In the bidding document,the bidder shall put forward substantive requirements and respond to the bidding document.This graduation project is to take a Riverside Garden residential reconstruction project of a city as a case to prepare the bidding documents,project ,Using GCL GGJ GBQ project,Menglong bim5d and other software of Guanglianda to compile the graduation design tender.
