I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文基于 FIDIC 合同的工程项目费用索赔研究摘 要在项目管理过程中，费用索赔是非常关键的一部分。按照项目管理领域专家的说法，承包商是否能够自由地管理索赔，决定着工程收益的高低。本研究将分为 4 个部分展开，研究如何提高承包商工程项目工期延误费用索赔管理水平。首先，对 FIDIC合同体系进行介绍，并介绍归责原则。其次，引入合同状态概念对索赔机会进行研究；再次，介绍工程延期索赔的定义及阐述工期索赔和费用索赔之间的关系；最后，对工程延期费用索赔的构成体系、计算方法及其选用和处理原则进行归纳总结，并在FIDIC 基础上结合我国相关实例进行分析，为承包商费用索赔提供改进方案，提高工程延期索赔管理水平，维护承包商利益。关键词：费用索赔管理 FIDIC 合同条件 合同状态分析II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractCost claims are a critical part of the project management process.According to experts in the field of project management, the freedom of the contractor to manage claims determines the level of project revenue.This study will be divided into four parts to study how to improve the management level of contractor's claim for time delay.Firstly, it introduces the FIDIC contract system and the principle of imputation.Secondly,the concept of contract status should be introduced to study claim opportunities.Thirdly, the definition of project delay claim and the relation between construction period claim and cost claim are introduced.Finally, the composition system, calculation method and selection and treatment principle of the project delay cost claim are summarized, and on the basis of FIDIC, the relevant cases in China are analyzed to provide an improvement plan for the contractor's cost claim, improve the management level of the project delay cost claim, and safeguard the contractor's interests.Keywords: Cost claim management FIDIC con...
