贵阳市普通高校开设拓展训练课程的可行性研究—以贵州医科大学为例 摘要：拓展训练属于体验式教育，通过科学的游戏规则的设计，在不同的场地烘托游戏活动氛围，增强游戏的体验性，并且通过游戏中的开展理念，为游戏体验者获取人生感悟，增强自身的素养有着重要的教育意义。本文使用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法针对贵州医科大学开展的拓展训练课程做出调查分析，从学生的角度出发分析了学生对拓展训练的参与情况，并从中发现了学生对于拓展训练的开展很感兴趣，从拓展训练的安全问题的角度阐述了拓展训练是受伤率最低的运动，从拓展训练的教学内容研究发现学生对于拓展训练的兴趣很高，而且不受到内容场地的限制是一个可以适应于多种情况的项目。关键词：高校体育；拓展训练；体育课程；课程改革Abstract： Training is the product of experiential education in Chinese in a specific environment, is a special situation with carefully designed, with outdoor activities in the form of participants to experience, understand the activities of the principle contain, obtain knowledge change behavior by reflection, realize a kind of education mode can target tropism.
